Manage your data in Evikto
Evikto is designed with a local-first approach: your tracking data is primarily stored locally on your device.
Optional usage analytics may be offered during onboarding. You can accept or refuse this choice, then change it later in Settings.
Local backup/manual export options and technical diagnostic settings are available depending on your app version.
In the app (recommended)
Depending on the features available in your version, you may be able to:
- view your data;
- edit your information;
- manage your Journal entries and notes;
- review Monthly Report screens generated from your tracked activity;
- clear mini-game session history (if available);
- export your data (if available);
- create local backups/exports and restore compatible data (if available);
- manage technical diagnostic options and optional usage analytics choices provided in the app (if available);
- delete / reset your local data (if available).
Local backup and manual export
Local backup/manual export is designed to improve data continuity between devices and after reinstall.
Automatic local backup is optional and disabled by default.
Manual exports, including to iCloud Drive, run only when you trigger them.
Restore lets you recover compatible backup/export data from the app, subject to device and version compatibility.
Exact behavior (triggering, frequency, scope) depends on your app version and settings.
There is no real-time cloud sync of personal app data.
Diagnostics and usage measurement
Evikto uses Sentry for technical crash/error diagnostics to improve reliability and stability.
Optional product usage analytics may be offered through PostHog during onboarding to improve user experience. This choice can be refused and changed later in Settings.
Feature privacy scope
Journal content, Monthly Report data, and mini-game session data remain primarily handled locally in the app under the local-first approach.
The Privacy Policy explains when technical data is shared with third-party services for subscriptions, stability, and optional product analytics (when accepted).
Balance controls
Balance is controlled by you inside the app.
Balance-related entries remain local within the app storage model and are not used for advertising personalization.
